When and where is the event?

Who is invited to attend?
All are welcome to join us for this special celebration. We especially encourage all parishioners from Holy Spirit and St. Anthony, their families, and guests to attend.
What does seating look like?
For Mass in the gym, there will be bleachers on the sides, as well as chairs on the main floor. For Adoration on the football field, the congregation will be asked to stand and then kneel on the grass at the appropriate time. We will have some chairs on the field for those who need them. We will also have tables and chairs set up in the cafeteria for fellowship after the procession.
What is the order of events?
10:00 am Mass
11:10 am Procession begins out to the football field for a half lap around
11:30 am Exposition and Adoration
11:45 am Fellowship and Refreshments
What about parking?
The entire parking lot at West Catholic High School will be available, as well as the field behind the school for overflow parking. We will have an entire section designated for handicapped-accessible parking.
What happens if it rains?
The only outdoor activity is the Eucharistic Procession with Adoration. Should it rain, we will remain in the gym for Adoration, and fellowship will still follow in the cafeteria.
How will the Eucharistic Procession work?
After Communion, Fr. Tony will lead the congregation in a Eucharistic procession to the football field. He will carry the monstrance, with the Blessed Sacrament, as we walk together. This procession publicly proclaims Christ’s sacrifice for the world. We will conclude with Benediction and Adoration. This time of prayer and blessing will last about 15 minutes. Following Adoration, we will walk together back to the cafeteria for a time of fellowship with our parish families.
Will the Mass be livestreamed?
The Mass will not be livestreamed. We certainly hope you can join us for this very special and unique celebration!
Is this event kid-friendly?
Yes, absolutely! All families are encouraged to attend. This is a beautiful opportunity for children to see our faith in action!
How will Offertory work since there are two parishes hosting?
A single offertory collection will be taken during the Mass. The loose collection will be evenly shared between Holy Spirit and St. Anthony with a percentage being donated to a charity. You are also welcome to continue giving through your parish’s regular online or envelope giving.
In this Jubilee Year, the Holy Father has called us to come together in unity as pilgrims of hope—united in our love for Christ, truly present in the Eucharist. In celebration of this special year, the parish communities of St. Anthony and Holy Spirit invite you to join us to recognize and celebrate our unity as one Catholic community.
On Sunday, June 22, at 10 a.m., our two parishes will gather at West Catholic High School in the Competition Gym for Mass and a Eucharistic procession. This will be a beautiful opportunity to come together in prayer, deepen our Eucharistic devotion, and celebrate our faith as the Church.
*There will be NO 8:30 am or 10:30 am Mass at Holy Spirit on June 22.
While each parish has its own charisms, we are called to worship our one Lord. Bringing our two parishes together reminds us that we are one Body in Christ. Just as the simple gifts of bread and wine are brought forward as a sacrificial offering for Mass, we offer the sacrifice of our own lives to experience the transforming power of Christ.

This is a unique opportunity to hear our two parish choirs unite in song, see our ministers serve together, and witness our parish priests stand as one at the altar—a powerful expression of the One Body of Christ, where we all belong.
We invite all families from our parishes to be part of this joyful celebration.
Come and experience the beauty of our faith, the strength of our unity, and the profound gift of Christ in the Eucharist. Let us gather as one family in Christ—one Church, one Body, one faith. We look forward to celebrating with you!
